The food was genuinely good but the attitude of some of the staff completely ruined the experience We politely asked if the music could either be changed or turned off because the sound was uncomfortable for us.Instead of simply explaining that they couldn’t change it the staff member responded in an extremely rude and arrogant manner saying that the music was for the staff not for the customers and that they would not change it.there is absolutely nothing wrong with saying no to a customer request but the way you speak to customers matters. A simple polite explanation would have been enough. There was no reason to be so disrespectful and dismissive. To be fair not all the staff were like this some were genuinely polite and humble. But unfortunately one rude interaction is enough to ruin the overall experience.good food cannot compensate for poor customer service. I hope the management takes this kind of behaviour seriously

I recently visited KHN CHN, Anantnag, and had a really good experience with the food. I’d rate it a solid 4/5. The food quality was great, with good taste and proper flavors. Everything felt fresh and well-prepared. The overall presentation and portion size were also satisfying. Definitely a nice place to visit if you’re looking for tasty food in Anantnag. Would recommend trying it out.
